Ideally located, you'll be just 10 minutes from the Haute-Touche Animal Park, a true sanctuary for wildlife, and La Roche-Posay, a famous spa town renowned for its wellness treatments. Fifteen minutes away, the charming town of Le Blanc invites you to stroll between heritage and nature.

On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a welcoming living space with a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. A shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine complete this level.

On the second floor, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a crib. A second shower room and separate toilet ensure optimal comfort for the whole family.
