The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom had cracks. The shower head was at eye level and I'm not tall. I was charged twice - once by Expedia and again by Bearcat Inn. It appears they are in the process of remodeling but not complete yet.

We are still in the process of remodeling the rooms, there are still a lot of changes to come. I looked into the charge it shows you was charged only by Expedia and there was a hold on your card for incidentals. Please come again!

Difficult to extend stay

Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsEveryone is so helpful and friendly. Seems like home. I loss my wallet while staying there and someone turned it in. There was nothing missing. I tried to give them a reward and they refused to take it. Good people.

The staff was excellent. My room or my suite was very clean. It was taken care of every day the breakfast was fair. But I will be staying there anytime. I’m in Maryville.
