Welcome to this cozy and modern vacation home in Marzan.



This vacation home is optimal to travel with several families who also do not want to miss your dog. In the cozy living room you can relax or cook together. You can also throw your favorite dishes on the grill and enjoy them in the garden. Your children can play freely in the fenced garden and will enjoy the playground equipment.



Take your dog for a walk and reach the Vilaine River after a few kilometers. A short time later you will reach La Roche-Bernard, which has a large harbor.

By car you can reach the beautiful beaches of southern Brittany after about 10 km. Relax on the sandy beaches and enjoy a relaxing time on the warm sand.

For hikers, the Brière Nature Park offers a beautiful setting and a nice environment to observe the landscape and wildlife.
