This beautiful condo overlooks the 11th hole of the New Seabury Golf (private) course. There are two bedrooms, two full baths and a relaxing sunroom. The pull out couch in the living room can be used for extra guests. Full kitchen and dining room complete this perfect space. South Cape beach is 2 miles away. Popponessett Inn (ocean front dining) and the quaint marketplace with small restaurants, shops and and ice cream is 1 1/2 miles away. Mashpee Commons is a 10 minute drive for shopping and great restaurants. take a day trip to Falmouth or Chatham or the Vineyard from this convenient location!

Please note there is no access to the New Seabury private amenities.
