La Chiocciola is a recently renovated villa, very convenient for its proximity (about 300 m) to the most beautiful beaches and the beaches of the Marina del Cantone bay where there are also excellent restaurants. The internal staircase in the garden of the villa allows you to access the nearest beach club in less than 5 minutes.
The villa was designed in the early 1960s by two famous Italian architects and, with its stone walls, ecological design and innovative shape, marked a turning point in residential architecture. Its spacious half-moon lounge opens onto a terrace that embraces the entire bay.
Nerano and its Marina del Cantone are inserted in the protected marine reserve of Punta Campanella which has been bearing the blue flag for decades.
La Chiocciola is an excellent base for relaxing holidays and with the possibility of daily excursions both by car and by boat to all the main attractions of the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi coast: Naples 60 km, Pompeii 40 km, Sorrento 15 km, Positano 25 km, Ravello 40 km, Amalfi 30 km and the island of Capri 4 nautical miles.
It is also possible to hike along the numerous paths that characterize the area and identified by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club). Medium difficulty excursions that allow you to reach the splendid Bay of Ieranto (in the middle of the marine park and protected by FAI) and Punta Campanella are particularly recommended.
The bus stop that connects all the areas of interest of the Sorrento peninsula is immediately in front of the parking lot of the villa.
The villa is inserted in a Mediterranean garden among olive and pine trees.
The villa welcomes up to a maximum of 6 people and a medium-sized pet is welcome.
It has free private parking.
Two flights of stairs (24 steps) cross the garden and lead to the independent entrance. The property is distributed on two levels: the first level (about 50sqm) has two bedrooms, furnished with all comforts, one with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second with a Queen size bed and a bathroom adjacent. Both bathrooms have bidets and showers. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, iron and everything needed to make home management comfortable.

In the lounge you can take advantage of a double sofa bed.
The lounge overlooks a splendid terrace which embraces the whole bay.
Still from the garden, a private staircase leads to the provincial road and, crossing it, to the nearest beach.
The garden and all rooms have a panoramic sea view. The house is also equipped with:

Upon reservation it is possible to organize personalized excursions to all places of interest, both by boat and by car. It is also possible to organize dinners at home with local organic products
Local taxes 2.00 per day for guests over the age of 18, from April 1st to October 31st. This amount must be added to the total amount. Payment must be made in cash on arrival.
