Guests will have complete private access to the whole Villa which is located in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi in a fantastic estate which is the perfect venue for weddings and events. Access to the upper floors is by elevator or stairs.



Other details to note

In order to finalize the reservation a 30% not refundable deposit has to be paid upfront.

Please note from the 23rd guests upward an extra fee/per night will be applied



Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• City Tax: 2,5€ per adult, per night

• Security Deposit : 1000€ (this deposit is required to cover the cost of any

damages or breakages to or at the property, any additional cleaning, the cost of telephone and/or other services/utilities that are not included in the rental price)
