The main level features a dining room with a panoramic window and a dining table, with direct access to the terrace. This floor also includes 2 bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 160 cm and another with a bed measuring 120 cm. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A decorative open-hearth fireplace adds warmth and character to the space. A shower, bidet, and WC complete the facilities on this floor.

The lower ground floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and offers a small living room with a panoramic window and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
