Clean, sufficently well equipped and very friendly staff. The restaurant service was…. non-existent. At lunch I was alone in a 40 seat diner; the receptionist didn’t know what time they opened? The hurriedly found me a waiter. Extremely friendly, but how does that work? However, in Mataram, it’s probably the best place to stay

Pemberitahuan request lewat email tidak respon untuk 2 kamar bersebelahan, untungnya pas check in di hari itu diberi kamar bersebelahan. Ini sudah memberi suatu nilai positif bagi kami. Tapi ada sedikit kendala di bedding, dimana sarung bantal kotor sepertinya bekas kotoran yang dicuci tidak bisa hilang, sampai check out pun tetap tidak diganti. dinding pintu dan beberapa jendala kotor. kami tinggal di kamar 7xx, diatas kamar kami, untuk 2 malam kami menginap terdengar bunyi yang sangat mengganggu ketenangan tidur kami sekitar pukul 10.00 malam keatas, seperti orang menggeser meja atau kursi, kadang kejatuhan barang sehingga sempat tidur kami terganggu gara2 bunyi kebisingan tersebut..mengenai sarapan pagi rata2 dan tidak ada perubahan dan nilai positif wifi best dan panorama indah...saran kami utk pihak management supaya berbuat lebih baik lagi sesuai nilai review yang didapat selama ini dari pada nasabah dan mau melakukan perubahan,...terima kasih

Hotel Lombok Astoria was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious with a comfy bed and nice shower (as well as the shower amenities). The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and booking a massage at the spa was easy. The free breakfast is a massive buffet with a great variety of local cuisine and tradition western breakfast options. The one thing I would have appreciated was a hotel guide in the room. Having a book to specify times the pool/gym were open, or the hours of breakfast helps those after aong trip who just want to get to their room.
