It is with pleasure that Laëtitia and Bastien open the door of their cottage for 6 people.
Located opposite the Forêt d'Orient National Nature Reserve in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park.

You will appreciate the tranquility of this place and the colours of the Temple Lake at all hours of the day.
Ideally located at the Pointe de Charlieu, sit comfortably in one of the armchairs in the lounge and observe many species of birds (common cranes, mute swans, ducks, etc.), deer, wild boars parading on this reserve...
A little walk on the terrace at dusk, listen to the deer bellowing in early autumn.

Want to get some fresh air?
When you leave the cottage, get on a bike, put on your running shoes and walk along the greenway of the lakes or one of the hiking trails.

Looking for water sports?
Set sail from the Caron slipway (3.7km from the cottage) by boat and take out your fishing rod on one of the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient (a popular spot for predator fishermen).
Or discover the lake by kayak and its submerged forests in summer. Like an air of mangrove forests or "bayou" but Champagne...

The accommodation:

The cottage is composed of 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with lake view, 1 double bed and wardrobe
- 2 bedrooms with 2 modular single beds: possibility of joining the beds to make a double bed according to request. And composed of a closet or a dresser.

The bedrooms are located on the same landing.
Access to the bedrooms is via a staircase.
A door closes the access to the staircase. This separates the living room from the bedrooms and avoids the risk of falling with young children.

Access to the cottage has stairs.
The cottage is composed of:
- on the upper landing:
a living/dining room with a view of the lake and giving access to a small terrace opening onto the garden, a fitted kitchen and toilet
- on the lower landing:
a shower room and 3 bedrooms
- Outside: fenced and private courtyard with 3 parking spaces and a large garden.

Total area: approximately 96 m2

In order to offer everyone their own accommodation:

The final rental price systematically includes the end-of-stay cleaning costs and the complete linen kit (hand towel, dish towel, towels, sheets)
