Delightful

Enjoyed staying here very much. Modern facilities and amenities. Very clean comfortable and convenient. I like how practical they are with their self-provision of amenities only if needed. Short stay self cleaning good. Very eco friendly.

Friendly staff and great location

Great staff, polite and respectful. Room good size and clean bathroom. Great location, close to the station and attractions. Nice coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Turned out to be perfect for an overnight stay. It was only 4 minutes walk from the train station and Izakayas. I had a wonderful view of the snow capped mountains in the morning.

Super convenient, quick walk from the station. Great eateries all around. Shopping center right next door. Short walk to the castle. Clean and well sized room; great breakfast buffet.

Great place to stay in Matsumoto

This is a conveniently situated hotel with comfortable rooms, helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. I’ve stayed here before and find it an excellent base for train-based day trips around the region as well as for Matsumoto itself

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station and is located across the road from a food street with lots of restaurants. 15 minute walk to the castle. Clean hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking direct at the hotel. All places we visited (including the castle) are easy walkable direct from the hotel.

Value for money

Spacious double-bed room I stayed. Was surprised by the space. Enjoyed the little touches in the room design to make it comfortable and convenient. Value for money. Will definitely stay here again if in Matsumoto.

Helpful staff, took a little explanation, but I managed to make a local phone call at the desk. Clean and comfortable rooms, I liked the mini-desk in my room, which is very useful. Breakfast is sufficient and have a good variety.
