Very beautiful F4 apartment located on the top floor of the iconic villa La Fourmilière, former residence of Joséphine Baker, directly on the beach. You enter through a large hall that leads on one side to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with one double bed and two bunk beds, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the other side, there is the living space comprising a lovely living room/kitchen and a seating area organized in a bow window, all opening onto a large terrace overlooking the sea. The furniture is of high quality and harmoniously arranged, offering great brightness and comfort.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
