Two storey house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, capacity for 6 adults, situated in the upper area of El Alamillo, very quiet area with very little traffic of vehicles but very close to the main roads. Unobstructed sea and mountain views, 700 metres from the beach. Communal swimming pool. Air conditioning throughout the property. Close to leisure areas, restaurants and shops.
On the main floor there is a large back terrace with access to the property, bathroom with shower, living-dining room with smart TV 43’ and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, the whole room has air conditioning. From the living room there is access to the front terrace with sea and mountain views with a large outdoor sofa and area for lunch or dinner enjoying the views and the sea breeze.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds and wardrobe each. And a bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe, sideboard and balcony with sea and mountain views. All bedrooms have windows to the outside and are very bright. The entire upper floor is air-conditioned.
Fully equipped kitchen with the following appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine/kettle, toaster and juicer. Free WIFI. The house has a hairdryer in the upper bathroom and ironing equipment. There are also several sun loungers available for use in the house and by the pool. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on both floors of the house (carbon monoxide detectors are not necessary as the house has no gas installation). With everything you need for a few days' holiday: crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, etc. The area is ideal for water sports, mountain biking, hiking, etc.
Services and common areas: The estate has a communal swimming pool, with a shallow area for children and ample space with sun loungers available for users, with a shaded area with awning. The pool is situated high up with views of the bay.
Very quiet area with very little traffic of vehicles and with large green areas around. Being in an elevated area it has stunning views of the bay, where you can see the sea and the mountains to the horizon. Its location also provides a pleasant sea breeze. We recommend not to miss the sunrises and moonrise from our terrace with unobstructed views of the sea and mountains.
The beach is 700 metres from the property, with a new promenade with leisure areas just a few minutes walk away, where you will find several beach bars, numerous restaurants, ice cream parlours, pubs and other shops.
The town has 35 km of coastline, of which 10 km are unspoilt. Furthermore, being surrounded by mountains, it offers an infinite number of hiking and mountain bike routes. Come and discover Mazarrón, a privileged place on the Costa Cálida.

Zeer proper duplex appartement met toegang tot gedeeld zwembad. Alles is aanwezig in de woning.
Heel aangename en vlotte communicatie met eigenaar die goede hulp geeft indien nodig. Ook goede tips over restaurants, medische hulp, evenementen enzovoort in de buurt.
Op 600m kiezelstrand, op 1,6 km zandstrand (tot 14u en na 18u druk bezocht door Spanjaarden) met gratis parking. Op zondag kan je genieten van een grote markt in de haven. Op 3 km zijn er supermarkten en fastfood ketens voor wie wil.
Kortom, hier logeren is zeker een aanrader.
