The Golf Course provides a magnificent view of your natural surroundings. The alfresco lifestyle is completed with a barbeque grill, as well as outdoor dining areas. Indoors, you will find a home entertainment system with satellite TV, Wi-Fi access and purified water.

Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones, give a classic hacienda look to the exterior, yet a contemporary feeling to the interiors of this home. The large, open plan living, kitchen and dining areas come together in a symphony of style. The sectional couch makes a perfect place to curl up with a good read, and the dining table is both stately and modern. The kitchen comes fully equipped with lots of counter space and a long breakfast bar.

Short 5 min to the front entrance of El Cid where you can find shops, restaurants, beach front hotels, and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much much more. Easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (pulmonias) and buses.

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
