Ground floor: living room-lounge-kitchen, shower room, toilet. Upstairs: music lounge (sofa bed), 1st bedroom (140 cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds). Baby bed and bath. WIFI connection. Heating: reversible air conditioning and convectors (extra depending on the meter) + wood stove (€60/stere of wood). Private enclosed garden 600 m², south-facing terrace with pleasant pergola. Satellite TV, Canal+ decoder (Canal+ card to be provided). A basket of wood offered. Tourist tax extra. SMALL ANIMALS ACCEPTED, OTHERWISE CONTACT THE OWNER, access to the rooms by animals is strictly prohibited. Non-smoking cottage. Restored country house, ideally located in a small hamlet on the edge of the woods, offering quick access to the main roads (including the A85). Many castles, including some of the most famous in the Loire Valley, within a radius of 20 km.
