EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees.
FAMILY:
We are family friendly! But no infants are allowed. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, no spa gate, etc). But the infants are allowed if the guests take full responsibility for them. Please see our House Rules for more information.
PETS:
We do not allow pets unfortunately.
RESPECT:
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, peaceful area. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Please respect our neighbors by following the county's Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Sound travels far here. No outdoor music is allowed per county regulations.
HOT TUB:
Our 4-person hot tub is set to 104 degrees and complimentary for your use!
VERIFICATION:
Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.
CHECK-IN FORM:
Before check-in instructions, we ask guests to fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.
HOUSE RULES:
1. GUESTS: Fee 40/night per guest over the 4th person. No unregistered visitors allowed on the property. Violations will result in eviction without refund.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 4PM; Check-out is by 11AM. Early/late access is not guaranteed and is subject to additional fees.
3. PETS: Strictly no pets allowed. This is monitored at check-in.
4. NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home (no candles). Violation incurs a 250 fee.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-7am. Please respect neighbors. No outdoor music allowed at any time. Noise violations may lead to cancellation without refund.
6. PHOTOSHOOTS: Professional shoots require prior approval and fees. Unauthorized commercial use of the property is prohibited.
7. PARTIES: No weddings or special events allowed without written approval.
8. VENDORS: Management may enter for necessary maintenance or repairs; we will notify you beforehand.
9. MESS: No glitter or confetti. Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess incurs a 500 cleaning fee.
10. WIFI: Illegal internet use is prohibited. Connectivity is not guaranteed due to external factors.
11. RESCHEDULE: Requests are handled per cancellation policy. Changes less than 14 days out require rebooking.
12. CAMERAS: Surveillance is present at the front entrance only.
13. PARKING: Max 3 cars allowed in the driveway.
14. DAMAGE: Please report breakage. Unreported damage incurs a 100 fee plus actual replacement costs.
15. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance is recommended for unforeseen delays or sickness.
16. HOT TUB: Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard. No glass, diving, or solo use. Misuse requiring draining incurs a 250 surcharge.
17. CHECKOUT: Please remove trash, wash used dishes, and leave the property tidy.
18. AGREEMENT: Failure to follow these rules constitutes a breach of contract resulting in immediate cancellation without refund.
