ARRIVAL/PARKING

We have a steep paved driveway that requires 4WD in icy/snowy conditions. The remainder of the time, a 2WD is sufficient; however, may be challenging for some guests. Many guests may not feel comfortable navigating the driveway, but you may use the overflow parking next to the nearby community pool for parking during your stay. The lower section of the driveway has 2- pull off parking spots. The upper section of the driveway can easily accommodate another 5 vehicles with careful arrangement. !!There is no street-level parking at our property. !!No tires can be parked on the pavement in the street parking or will be subject to towing!!.

We have a 50A plug outside the home that can be used for electric vehicle charging. (BYO-charging cord/plug)

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
