- 4WD/traction is required in winter.
- There is a 13-night limit on reservations per local regulations, and reservations for more than 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent accommodations.

We had to send our employees down for an install for a client in the deep creek area. This place was perfect for them. One of the guys has a boat and took the boat so on off hours they had something to do. This location was close to the public boat launch and to our customer. This place worked out perfect. It was clean and close to everything.

Property needs some repairs and attention to detail. Front door lock would not work properly. Called Vacasa(property manager) and it was never repaired the entire week. Broken items in the residence when we arrived.

Quaint and cute!

The property was easy to access and super clean when we arrived. Everything was set up well, and the location was great! We happened to come on a weekend where the weather wasn't especially kind - but we had such a great place to stay that we didn't mind being snowed in!

AVOID VACASA AT ALL COSTS. They make it sound all sweet and then change everything after your refund cancellation date has expired, complete rip off. Thanks for the horrible mini vacation

Pros: on the water with a dock, enough space for 1 family, easy check-in/out, includes towels & linens, generally clean inside Cons: door code/knob stuck a few times, many spiders & cobwebs on porches, couches & throw blankets aren’t comfortable, could use a little more upkeep (fresh paint, deep cleaning, etc)

Shed the school year

Perfect location for a teacher to shed the school year and begin decompressing from the pressures of teaching! All I heard were the laps of water at the shore, and I felt like my spouse and I were the only people for miles. Of course, many boaters were on the lake, but we went at a time when the water temps were a bit too chilly for my taste. Perfect for porch sitting and overall rest and relaxation!

Not as advertised

There are several issues with my stay. First being the awful big issues in and out of the house. I’m more concerned about them being in and spreading to the kitchen. And we kept the door closed. Secondly none of our three televisions work. We tried everything. The screen to the screen door is broke. It was like that upon arrival along with a blind. Also the upper bathroom window is broke and stuffed with a towel. This isn’t what was advertised at all. It honestly looks like no one has been here in years. Very outdated and not kept up with. I was on hold for over ten minutes with customer service. So I emailed them. They asked me if I wanted someone to come out to look. I said yes. Waited two hours then they preceded to ask me again if I wanted someone to come out. After 6 hours I gave up. There is absolutely no communication with the property owner/manager or anyone except if it’s through email. I would not recommend the property or Vasaca booking.

Not terrible, but still pretty shabby

The lakefront location can't be beat, but the townhouse itself is pretty shabby and dated. Mattresses and couches are worn out and should be replaced. The premises was generally quite clean, except for the shower curtain liner, which was filthy. How much would it cost to replace it? At least take it down and wash it. For the money this place cost (more than $200/night), I expected better.

Lakeside Stay

The location is definitely perfect. No doubt about it. the unit is also close to restaurants and other family friendly entertainment place. But the unit it self is really outdated. The carpet probably has never been changed since the unit was built. The couch and chairs are not comfortable at all and neither are the beds. Found some spider webs on some corners of the bathroom and living room. Now about the lake. The lake is gorgeous, but when we came, which was a long weekend, there were so many speed boats with very loud noises. Since there's so many traffic on the lake, I couldn't even feel safe to do paddle board because of the speeding boats and the waves caused by them. We are a family with 2 young kids below 12 years old that were looking for a nice relaxing weekend but lesson learned that we shouldn't come here during long weekend.

Just what we needed!

This property was just what we needed. Close access to the lake, the Fairgrounds, but tucked away in a quiet peaceful setting. If neighbors were present in condo next door then it might have been a different experience. Without neighbors present we could enjoy the patio and dock access privately. Very relaxing place to be!

Almost perfect

Great property by far the cleanest one we ever have rented. Good location and close to the lake. Perfect place for a small family or private couple getaway. Only have one complaint about the place. It may seem trivial but the living room couches were very uncomfortable to sit on. It was so bad that in the day it rained all day I sat on the floor because the couch hurt my back. If not for that would have been 5 stars across the board except for the communications part of it. Would stay again.

Great vacation

This was the perfect place for a pair of sisters to spend some time together. The view was amazing, and the house was jut the right size. The place was clean and there were plenty of towels. We would recommend an upgrade on the couches and the addition of a baking sheet in the kitchen. Other than that everything was perfect.
