Other than the beds being very uncomfortable so if you have a really bad back like myself, I wouldnât recommend staying here.(uncomfortable cheap beds , and small at that !) The house was very clean. The hot tub was amazing. And after dealing with the whole situation with establishing my identity, which was a headache. Itâs super easy to check in . The communication was great. And I love the fact that they had bikes for us to be able to ride.
After having spent the previous 10 days at a different location. We arrived at this lovely home, it was a breath of fresh air and we were finally able to relax and just breathe. It was perfect and what we very much needed.
This is a lovely little home. The garden is such a delight. I appreciated the number of bedrooms and seating options, and the huge amount of bath towels. I would really love to have had dressers available since we were staying for a week. More kitchen towels and toilet paper would have helped for a longer stay but it wasn't terrible. Loved the different coffee making options! My kids enjoyed the games available. Just a pleasant stay, nice neighborhood, and great garden. Thanks so much!
Exceptionally clean. Lovely front and back yards, full of flowers and trees. Good quality kitchen tools, including a hot water kettle, a French press, and coffee maker with filters. Plenty of nice towels and blankets. Great location for exploring Eureka, Arcata, and the beaches & redwoods to the north. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants in McKinleyville. We didn't use the hot tub because we were too busy exploring the area.My family had a great stay here. Note: all three beds are doubles, with two pillows per bed. We bought a couple of pillows in Arcata because all four of us sleep with two pillows.
Cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms were great. 1 bathroom with 6 people...requires patience. Close to beaches, redwood trails, and shopping.
The house itself was okay and matched the listing, but the check-in process was a hassle. I received confirmation that my verification had been completed three nights before arrival, but just a day before check-in, I was told there was an issue and that my booking might be canceled due to an incomplete verification process. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Communication was also frustratingâsince it was managed through a broker office, I ended up speaking with different people who gave me inconsistent information. Overall, the stay was fine once I got in, but the experience leading up to it could definitely be improved. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and was told they only supply one and I needed to buy my own
