This hotel had it all! Incredibly spacious rooms, close proximity to high-end shopping and dining and excellent staff. Pre-entertainment and washer and dryer use. We loved having the grocery store on the ground floor, and the parking was relatively easy.

Marriage Staycation

Breakfast was fantastic, the room was very well appointed, we liked how many outlets were available throughout, the shower was nice and large size, the only things that were a bit frustrating were finding the correct parking garage for the hotel (we initially were in the Wegman's parking lot unknowingly) and the pillows on the bed were pretty awful. Some of the worst pillows we've ever had, and not an exaggeration. They were extremely flat and floppy and provided no support.

We will come back here to stay every year when our daughter plays in the WAGS tournament. Our stay was exceptional. We enjoyed the outdoor dining options, cornhole, Perch and the fitness center. We had the MOST amazing weekend stay at The Watermark Hotel in Tysons, VA for my baby shower, and it was unforgettable! The hotel is stunning, spotless, and so convenient with a Wegmans right downstairs and the delicious Wren restaurant inside. But the real star of our stay was Ugur. As soon as he found out we were in town for my baby shower, he went above and beyond to make us feel special. At almost 8 months pregnant, he made sure I was comfortable the entire time and treated us like VIPs. His kindness honestly made us feel at home, and we didn’t want to leave VA! This hotel is already incredible, but Ugur made it truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant lied about me being able to charge the room for my dinner….they told me I could dine-in the restaurant and that the bill would be charged to the room, but at the end of my meal the manager said they could not charge my room and insisted that I pay before leaving the restaurant. (Terrible experience) EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I usually stay here every time I’m in Tyson corner are , but this time the room was not as I should have been!! The shower pressure was so low that I couldn’t even wash my hair, TV remote control didn’t work, the makeup mirror in the bathroom was missing the wires so it wasn’t working!!! I really was like WHAT HAPPENED….. very disappointed .

Myself and my fiancé decided to stay in one of the balcony/terrace rooms. The room itself was very nice and updated, however, we were not able to enjoy the terrace due to the fact there was a family of spiders on the terrace!! Absolutely disturbing and not pleasant at all. We called room service, twice and no one showed up to resolve the matter. We were very disappointed with how the hotel handled this situation. I would not recommend a balcony/terrace room at this property! I should’ve asked for some type of credit towards the room, but, after our request for the cleaning of the webs and spiders were unheard, I decided to not even ask! Lol. Wish I could upload photos!!
