We loved our stay at The Watermark! Super cool area to walk around and plenty of fun to do outside on the rooftop. The breakfast was really nice. The host at breakfast and the women cleaning the tables were especially kind and helpful. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of space in the room. Love the living room area, was great for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning.

This hotel is new and part of a development of high-rise buildings. It is very modern. The finishings and dining options are appealing and not the usual. Room was beautiful, large, with great amenities. Very accommodating for my small dog. The property has a small astro-turf dog park. The down side was finding the entrance and getting to the lobby. The only reasonable way is to drive into the parking structure. The elevators are electronic and require room key to use them. Staff was lovely.

Showerhead was dripping very slowly. AC will not turn on. Elevators were not working for approximately one hour. They moved me to another room where the AC actually turns on, but again, it was not cooling the room. I slept with a temperature of 78°.

Great property. Clean and unique set up . Parking is a slight headache because the 1st 4 levels are reserved for another bisiness. Also i was charged $335 when i was supposed to have reserved tje room at 185.
