The Douglas on Third is a small boutique hotel located on the second floor of a beautifully restored 100-year-old building, thoughtfully updated inside and out. As one of the few places to stay on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, it offers a truly unique location. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, intimate rather than oversized, with nearly everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were in room #1, which was compact, but it had everything we needed, including a full kitchen. Great location, close to downtown McMinnville restaurants. Very clean.

Well located and comfy

Perfect spot to explore McMinnville and Willamette wine country. It could use a bit of tweaking by adding a few small conveniences. Water pressure in the bathroom was too low. Otherwise a good value overall.

Perfect location, great for couples

This is a compact and attractive apartment ideal for a couple interested in exploring McMinnville and the Willamette Valley wine country. The location is perfect, with the entire McMinnville commercial district and its many cafes, restaurants, and tasting rooms only steps away. The manager (Lucetta) was also exceptionally responsive and hospitable, typically answering messages within an hour. When we reported an issue with the hot water pressure in our shower, and it was clear the problem could not be fixed before our departure, she did the right thing by moving us to an open unit in the same building and reducing our fee. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Good location, fun little town!

McMinnville is a vibrant little town, and the apartment was just what we wanted for our three day stay. Its location is fantastic: We found excellent eating places, wine bars, and cute shops just steps away.

Very Cute Apartment in downtown McMinnville

This apartment was super cute and cozy!! We enjoyed our stay quite a lot...it was a little loud since the Turkey-rama was happening but overall is was great. Our host was very kind and even left us a bottle of wine!
