Room was average but clean. Bedsheets and towels were clean as well and were changed on demand. Good supply of bathroom amenities. However got a issue with the toilet flushing which stopped working. Had to call maintenance. Water leaks from the shower cabin. There was no water on one day, fortunately it was restored quickly, else we would have needed to go for the friday prayer without taking the mandatory bath. Staff were courteous and respectful. Good variety of food at breakfast but not necessarily to our taste, and same food day after day. For example, hard boiled eggs everyday. No omelette. At least 10min walk to the Masjid Haram. OK for the price charged.

We had a very comfortable stay here, the staff were helpful if we ever needed anything, they were quick to sort it out. We had a nice view of the haram and clock tower from our room too. The only thing that could be improved is breakfast, as it doesn’t cater to European tastes.

Hotel is close to Al-Haram, 10 min walk going uphill through the Anjum Hotel. Al Ebaa have seen good days, so washrooms need upgrade, lots of honking on the road upsetting during rest in the room especially in the night.
