The property was nice, but it needs some updating . Additionally, both beside lamps were not working, making the room feel quite dark. However excellent customer service is always a hallmark of Medellin

The hotel is immaculate, the staff is very polite and with a great attitude to help. The hotel is very close to the "La 70" a very nice area with many bars and restaurants, and very close to the Estadio Metro Station; Even though it is close to all the party areas, the hotel is quiet. I have been there 3 times and will keep booking my stays there.

I had a suite, you needed to navigate between the toilet and shower wall to enter the shower. Room was spacious. I feel happy about the room. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious.
