Really beautiful hotel and property with picturesque surroundings and ammenities. Hotel staff were attentive, our only issue was there were extremely disruptive guests on our floor who were partying all night, despite filing noise complaints they continued to party until 4am disrupting our sleep and rooms were not as soundproof as advertised.

The Brown

My stay was A great experience, unfortunately it was for one night, i would definitely do it again for a longer stay. The room service at 11:30pm definitely helpful. The room was immacutely cleaned. The breakfast in the morning was great with a vast variety of food to choose from. I understand they have a dress code for dinner and you have to reserve to use the jacuzzi. I give it a 10 out of 10.

El servicio esta por mejorar

El servicio a la habitación es deficiente. No dejaron las toallas sufientes, ni papel higienico. además utilizar el TV Cable fue engorroso y dificil. En la zona VIP habia telarañas en el techo.
