El hotel es bonito y las chicas de la limpieza hacen muy bien su trabajo. La ducha no apta para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad. El desayuno: frío como de refrigerador, lo dejamos saber, pero el segundo día estaba igual. Recomiendo que ni toquen los snacks, mejor compren snacks en el supermercado y se los llevan al hotel.un chocolate tipo miniatura,18 mil pesos, casi 5 dólares.

The property itself was good, clean and the breakfast was tailored toward healthy options, although the 7:00 start seemed a little late. The staff was not very friendly and anytime I asked a question, it seemed as if I was imposing upon them. I also had an issue with the coffee that was provided in the room, I used the bag that was provided, and expected room service to replace the next day. When I went to request a replacement, I was told the first one was free and additional servings were 10,000 pesos. A triviality, but would have been nice to know in advance. The location seems a bit far away from anything in walking distance, although the area itself seems safe. We did have 1 good experience with a staff member, Fabio, who always had a smile, a fist bump, and always ready to help with bags or giving directions. Enjoyed the therapy pool but did not have occasion to use the sauna, fitness,or listening room. All in all was not a terrible experience, but if I were to return to Medillin, I would probably look for another hotel, with a focus on service.

It is a very cool hotel with amenities focused on wellbeing. Too noisy if you stay on the 5th floor. Buffet breakfast was toptier.
