These 6 person water villas are sustainably constructed and have solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is spaciously landscaped with a dock on the waterside. The garden is adjusted, and the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor as well. The passageways have been widened, so this home type is suitable for those with disabilities.
On the first floor there is a garden-facing living room with open kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the second floor there are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and second separate toilet. There is also a built-in storage space on the second floor.
The disabled accomodation has been adapted with additional aids, such as supports in the toilet and shower, but also a shower chair in facilities on the ground floor.
There are two parking spaces next to the home.
