Publié le 9 août 2023 sur Hotelstrès bien reçu par les personnes du front desk qui ont répondues à mes demandes/attentes.
Chambre confortable, douche pas à la hauteur (peu de pression et vieillissant) mais c'est un détail. Plus gênant, le manque d'isolation phonique, le téléphone du voisin de chambre sonne, on peut suivre la communication sans trop de problème...

My stay at the rogue regency

Dirty room and injured children
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWhen turning down one of the beds in the second room I rented,We found a body piercing in the bed, along with dry blood and a wet spot. Both of my grandkids were injured in the pool while swimming from other hotel guests who was smacked in the face in the head with the football. All the hotel said was I am sorry my room with you guys this room to 255,the second room was 214 and they were moved to room 248. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not use it again.the said because of the dirty room they were going to comp me one night, and refused to do anything with the fact that both of my grandchildren got hurt
