Excellent, we enjoyed our stay

Clean, modern hotel on the west side of Medicine Hat. The hotel was easily accessed. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable beds and had good lighting. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Free breakfast as per usual hotel free breakfasts. There is a Boston Pizza and Keg, next door. Both offer discounts to hotel stays. Overall, good value.

The bed was very comfortable and as we'd had a long day of driving,it was more than welcome to enjoy a good sleep! there is a "The Keg" and a "Boston Pizza" in the same area as the hotel and a very short walk to each.

The room was nicely laid out. Sliding bathroom door is a finger massacre waiting to happen. On entry the room was made up but the floor had several long blonde hairs on the tile portion and dirt clumps were visible on tile, carpet and bathroom floor. Shampoo bottle was empty. Bare minimum accessories provided. Staff member attended quickly and vacuumed room and supplied toiletries. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and tasty.

Rooms themselves were ok. There was exterior work going on which we weren’t told about and on more than one occasion looked out the window to see someone looking back. Didn’t expect them to be working on a weekend. Also, 2/4 of us injured ourselves between the adjoining doors for our room. They were incredible heavy and hard (even for myself as an adult) to open one without the other shutting on you, and it had a weird ledge at the bottom, so it was def felt!!!! Pool area was SO hot on the first day we only lasted 20 mins. Noone else was in it as you could barely breath. Had called for towels and young staff member didn’t see anything wrong with the temp. Aside from those issues, it was a good stay
