The beds was full oh dogs hair, my son is alergique to dogs, we went to see the reception and they did not have another room for us we finally left the hotel at 4 am my son couldn't take it anymore.

Horrendous property. The halls were falling apart. The kick plates were all rotten and mostly gone. Drywall was moldy and falling apart. The room was disgusting. Smelt of urine and mold. Bathroom was disgusting. It’s an embarrassment to be on a reputable site such as Expedia.

We checked in on friday aug 1, the front desk staff member was not polite at all. The bed was nice but th room itself was in need of upgrade and repair. My husband and I are employees of other hotels , we were very dissappointed. The breakfast was aweful, overcooked and not edible. Housekeeping came to pur room to see if we needed anything , I asked for a facecloth, she said she didnt have any. Its not a place we would stay again.

We first checked in (2 adults & 2 teens) they gave us a king room. I asked to change and they accommodated. We had very noisy neighbours one night and the front desk didn’t answer the phone so my husband had to walk to the lobby to report them at 1 am. The breakfast was just ok. The pool didn’t have towels so you had to use the already used shower towels from your room. The floor of the changerooms by the pool were not clean.

I would call this place “threadbare”. There was water leaking from under the bathroom sink. The couch was worn with a hole in it. The outside hallways to the rooms was dirty. The rooms are very dated. The term “Ramada” usually denotes a high degree of cleanliness, updated rooms and a certain degree of amenities. I would say don’t stay at this place

The bathroom smelled like pee, the carpet probably has never been washed or anything other then a quick vacuum. It looked like original carpet to the hotel from the 70s. The bed wasn't bad. It was close to a main road so it was rather noisy.
