The ground floor has a spacious living room and a kitchen from which you can get into the garden with pool and summer kitchen, ideal for cosy barbecues. There is also a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor, while there are two spacious bedrooms with a bathroom on the first floor.
Explore the area around Premantura, known for its numerous hiking and biking trails and the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, with many natural beaches and bays. A special attraction are the dinosaurs' footprints, which are over 90 million years old, in two different places in the nature park. At Cape Kamenjak you can spend the whole day with family and small children as there are also shady pine forests. The popular peninsula is known for its wide range of wine and olive oil and should not be left out. Activities such as windsurfing, kiting or diving are also recommended.
