The staff are simply excellent. They manage to provide a high end service without being stuffy, and the hotel itself is luxurious and comfortable. You could dress up for dinner or head down in worn yoga pants for a coffee with equal comfort. Would be delighted to go back.

We had a fantastic 1 night stay. Beautiful room, bar/restaurant area. Loved the whole feel of the hotel - luxurious, but also earthy and comfortable. Loved the design elements - all the greenery, moss, pool area etc. In room dining was exemplary.

The natural aesthetic, top-notch shower and bathroom, beautiful interior design, and must-experience pool, sauna, steam, and hot tub made for an exceptional experience. Everything was clean. The only issue was nesting birds outside our window, which made noise late at night. The staff and service were excellent, and in-room breakfast arrived promptly. The food was amazing but with a smaller selection. I hoped the café store would stay open longer, as it also sold snacks and drinks. The location was convenient, with free trains to get you places, but not in the core of downtown. However, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Gorgeous aestethic and the staff were incredibly friendly from the get-go! We celebrated my partners 30th birthday and there was a small dessert & note waiting in the room for us which was lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a warm relaxing vibe to it. The restuarant & bar area was really nice and not too noisy. Parking options were super easy (we chose the Exhibition Centre) and its such a short walk to Crown Casino. Even though it's Docklands it feels like South Bank - such a great spot! This is our new favourite hotel in Melbourne and we were so sad to check out! I can't wait to stay there again ASAP!

The property is beautiful, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, our room was overlooking the road which was quite loud at night so we didnt have a good sleep. Overall a great hotel, we will go back but we would stay in a different room.

The riverside location was so good, DFO and restaurants were a 5 min walk. Even though we had issues with our tv the staff were so polite and attentive and did everything they could to fix it. In room dining was good but not great. Pool, spa, steam room and sauna were awesome and with an equally awesome view of the city. Overall me and wife loved our stay and it made our anniversary so much more special.
