-Strictly no smoking inside the property, balcony or foyer areas of the property. Deep cleaning fees will apply.



Mandatory fortnightly clean with sheet change for bookings 14+ days at AUD$305

Additional exit clean for bookings two months or more at AUD$305

Accidental lock out fee, loss of keys or failure to return keys at exit as per self-check out information incurs a fee of $175.



In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.
