The open plan living area includes a modern kitchen with Miele appliances, dining table and lounge with comfortable sofas to view the generously sized TV. The light-filled living area features floor to ceiling windows, which overlook the spacious private courtyard, complete with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.
Lalique has a modern bathroom, which includes a shower over a full sized bath, and separate toilet. European style laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer have also been provided for your convenience. You will feel completely at ease with secure basement parking included, as well as complimentary broadband internet connection andPlatinum package.
Lalique is an ideal apartment for couples looking for a holiday or relocation accommodation. It's also an excellent choice for executive short stay accommodation, located within 10km of Melbourne CBD.
Please note: This property is not suitable for children between the ages of 1 - 12 years. However, infants up to 12 months can be accommodated and a portacot is provided at the property, but you will need to bring your own cot sheets and cot bedding.

Security bond: A property security bond of $400 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
The property we stayed in was not the same as shown on the Stayz web site. Various items of furniture had been moved around and were in a different room to that shown in the photos. For example the TV cabinet was in the bedroom and not the living room. It could not be accessed so as to view the TV from the bed.There was no free to air TV at all as there was no antenna connected. All TV was via the internet which means viewing TV via an app. The problem here is that buffering occurs as the owners have not installed sufficient download capacity, and the problem just stops while the buffer collects enough data to continue.None of this is disclosed on the Stayz web site.In addition there is no street parking as again the owners have not acquired from the Council a street parking permit. This is also not disclosed, we found out the hard way after receiving a 119 parking fine. Boutique Stays wouldn't do anything about it, even though they admit that it was not disclosed.Cleaning left a lot to be desired, yes the property was cleaned in a fashion, but really not up to standard. The property was described as luxurious and modern, eh no. It has been renovated albeit a very long time ago. It is far from being modern.
