This captivating brand new three-bedroom townhouse allows you to bask in luxury in a convenient location close to the friendly bay shores of Rosebud and McCrae

Enjoy two light filled living rooms and a dining space which effortlessly transition from indoor relaxation to al fresco dining and a summer BBQ. The Barefoot Beach House offers comfort and convenience indoors and out. Experience captivating sunsets, central heating, and air conditioning, or explore the vibrant McCrae neighborhood.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Great holiday home

The house was just perfect. Has everything you need and in a quiet block. Great location and excellent facilities. Clean and easy to communicate with the owners. Beds are very comfy and all the appliances you could need. Lots of space for the whole family.

Home away from home

Our stay was 3 weeks. The house was clean and fresh and well appointed with everything you could need, even a few condiments. The area and neighbourhood quiet. The bed super comfortable. We would stay here again for sure.
