Good location, big and comfortable. Friendly staff

The location was great for what we needed, secure carpark was handy. The room was a great size, big and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Having a washing machine and the dryers on site was very handy. The name is deceiving though as there was no servicing. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no servicing in that time. We had to arrange our own towels, and it would have been nice to have a broom or something to be able to sweep the floor as it was getting a bit dirty.

Great place to stay, check in was smooth and fast. The lady who check us in was really nice and welcoming. We had a one bedroom apartment which is good to what we needed the bed was amazingly comfortable. I’ll be staying again when visiting Melbourne.

Close to Tram station no75 for city, walkable to subway, domino’s and other food/café, hungry jacks and shopping centre on 2-5 mins drive. Easy late checkin esp. when staff works limited hours. Overall good experience

The apartment was large and very clean. The bed was AMAZING, it was arguably the best bed I've slept in in my entire life. This would be my go to hotel in Melbourne except for one major issue and that's the check-in closes around 5pm-6pm, and there is no after hours check in options according to their listings. This doesn't suit me a when travelling for busines i tend to either come down the evening before meetings, or early that morning then check in around 7pm after a full day of work. Such a pity as other than that its great. Facilities are limited, which doesn't bother me, but the rooms and particularly the beds are fantastic.
