The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy with kids running up and down the hallway and talking loudly but it settled. The reception staff were very helpful. The dining room on site was good but very busy and the food wasn’t great. I liked that there was a pool and gym but I didn’t use them this time.

Our room was super noisy, the wind outside was shaking the windows all night and we could hear other families through the walls. The room was clean and a good size though, the beds were super comfortable despite us not getting a good night sleep for our flight the morning after.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room description was inaccurate because it listed a bath for the room type I booked. These rooms don't have baths. Hotel staff gave me a great deal on one that did.

Excellent room and service. However doggy day care next door with dogs barking non stop from 7am. Cleaners also come around 7.30am despite 11am check out. Continental breakfast does not include hot food have to pay another $20.

Great spot to stay if you’re catching a flight from Tullamarine Airport, it’s quite quiet, clean, nice meals and pool which is refreshing and great shuttle bus setup which is going to airport and picking up from airport hardly any wait time. Well worth it.

Found it noisy at night with loud winds blowing past the window. I could hear people getting ready early in the morning going to the airport or late at night having showers. Otherwise, staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Most of all, I liked having access to the shuttle bus to the airport and back.
