We have stayed in a lot of accommodation over the years and we have stayed in some great places and met some really nice people but this is (our all round favourite) the best!
It’s a fantastic building and a beautiful apartment.

The apartment has absolutely everything you can think of available to you in the apartment and more! You won’t find anything you don’t have. I’m not a betting person but I’d bet on that last statement, that you will find everything you need, plus more!
Firstly you are on the 53rd floor, the (sub) penthouse, as close to heaven as you will get.
The VIEWS are OUTSTANDING! One night I woke up and looked out and there was a crescent moon. I’ll never forget it.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms and very modern & contemporary but somehow feels like a home away from home.
Your hosts in Angela and Rael couldn’t be kinder, respectful, fun, interesting, professional and helpful.
Simply the best!
The apartment is clean and comfortable, with tvs in each room, plus very comfortable beds. A spa bath, that you don’t see in apartments. There are lots of colour around the apartment which makes it happy, but maintains its clean lines.
The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need, absolutely everything!
The Laundry comes with BIG lovely towels. I could keep on writing for days about what’s in the apartment.
ENTERTAINMENT is in abundance.
Tv Foxtel, music, DVDs, Extra large towels, it goes on and on.
It really was like a dream.
The apartment is quiet and with a peaceful vibe.
The building has everything and more you could wish for. Being in the (sub) penthouse you have (almost) exclusive access to 55th floor. Spadeck wit lounge, spa, steamroom & Sauna. You share.
Then downstairs on the 9th floor, a beautiful black granite infinity pool. With another steam room, sauna & gym. Also their is a bbq and wall garden as well.
This is a building that has thought of everything. Including very secure and accessible parking.
The people in the building are very nice and respectful.
The cbd location is outstanding! We hope to stay there again soon and for longer. You won’t be disappointed. You will leave relaxed with a smile on your dial.
Thank you to our hosts Rael and Angela who have much experience in hospitality industry and it’s appreciated and they go out of their way to make it a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyable Stay
We were a group of 3 ladies staying at the apartment, and were very happy with all the amenities.
My only complaint was that we expected to be met there around 11.30 - 12 as arranged with Angela but when phoning Daniel he could not get there until 1pm, we left our luggage with the concierge they did not seem to keen on the idea.
This did not spoil our stay as everything else was perfect, the view was fantastic, the apartment was very handy to everything in the CBD, Angela answered all my questions quickly and was more than helpful.

No effective support by problems
In the appartment I stay with my family for a week. It was a first stop in our Australia holiday. The buildung has a good location. The apartment is very well equipped and was clean. It has a nice view over Melburne.
One of our reaons to choose the appartment was possibility to use gym. We arrived on 23th of July and the induction for the gym was at the beginning of August hence we were not allowed to use it.
Further, we reliedb on the operating Wifi however already at the checkin we were told that there were some problems and wifi is not working. We had to buy Sim cards (20 GB)and suggested to the owner to come for the costs. The owner was prepair to do this but only if we would leave the Sim cards which were already registered on our names!!!
Our experience:
As soon a problem occurs the guest has no effective support so we can not recommend this appartment further.

An amazing stay in Melbourne
My three best friends and I had an amazing stay in this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for our stay and having two bathrooms was great (and hard to come by in Melbourne). I also really appreciated how helpful Angela was. She always got back to me quickly, answered all my questions and went over and above. The only tiny negative was we thought the space was a little small for four girls with big suitcases who did lots of shopping.

The best location in town

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
The place was absolutely amazing my husband and the boys love loved and we were in awe of it. We got the best view for fireworks it was outstanding. We didnt want to leave and I cant wait to go back. Great apartment in excellent location

Fabulous apartment, amazing views, wonderful value
We loved our stay! Right in the CBD, so close to shops, restaurants and Melbourne's amazing night life. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
Stayed in the Abode apartment for 11 nights in February. This apartment is everything the listing description offers plus more. The owners were very easy and friendly to deal with. The facilities are second to none and the location is as good as it gets. I doubt very much that there is better value for the money to be found anywhere else in the Melbourne CBD area. For shoppers you can walk through 3 covered shopping malls and into the back door of Myer Bourke Street. The restaurants of Lygon Street are only 200 metres away and the is the free City Circle tram stop 50 metres from the door. A car is not necessary but if you have one there is secure undercover parking in the building. Our stay was very relaxing with the apartment providing everything we could ask for.
I would highly recommend this place as the best value for money accommodation in the Melbourne downtown area.

If you are looking for one of the best places to stay in Melbourne CBD, look no further.
The Abode offers everything, brand new apartment with plenty of room and fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. The building has a great gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room and social area plus million dollar views of the city. Only minutes walk from supermarket, trams, trains and Melbourne's famous Cafes and restaurants.
