Is a little dated but quite serviceable. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The folding shower screen seems to swing inwards though and needed something jammed under it to stay in the closed position so it didn't touch my back while showering

Great location, comfortable bed. Don’t expect luxury accommodation though. Very dated with peeling paint, power boards and extension cords everywhere. Prices are good. You get what you pay for.

Location and cost were very good. Quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to shops in Richmond, the MCG and public transport. Apartment was a good size and bed comfortable. Negatives were the very dated and uncomfortable couch, dirty window ledge in the bathroom (covered in loose dirt) limited toiletries. Overall I would stay again as the location is great.
