* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
It was the perfect 'pit stop' for us needing to be close to Albert Park. After a long day it was great to come back, cook up a delicous feed,or sneak down to some restaurants near by. We will return!
The host was very welcoming. The apartment was in a great position to the beach and St Kilda. The only downside was the keys to the gate. They really need to get them fixed, as sometimes itntook up to 20 minutes to get in the gates.
My partner and I had the unfortunate position of having to move for a few weeks whilst our rental had to do a bathroom renovation due to some leaks.
The property manager for this property was very accomodating and responsive to our needs and when the property couldnât be rented to us anymore they were quick to find suitable accomodating for the remaining time.
The property itself is a nice simple one bedroom with modern furnishings and a nice central locating in Elwood and the beach.
For the duration we stayed we probably needed a bit more wardrobe space to put our belongings but for a short stay this is suitable.
If we had to we would rent with Maisonettes again.
Location good.
Old property with narrow stairs. Not good access for older patrons or those physically challenged.
Kitchen good plenty of light.
Bed was low and uncomfortable, clean. No where to put a suitcase except on the bed or sofa.
Two electric heaters. Only one worked.
Two lamps in the living room, only one worked.
No air conditioning.
Bedroom and living room had minimal natural light due to the proximity of the adjacent building.
Bathroom small but functional. Shower is in a narrow bath. Showering would be difficult for older people or this physically challenged.
Property manager unhelpful although she did make an effort to make contact but not really interested.
