Can't comment on staff and service because didn't see anyone during my stay. Bit of anxiety with check in process as after 5.30pm office is closed so you are relying on getting a SMS message with the code for the safe box. Cabin was tidy and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Having a Kitchenette is extremely helpful with a family. Can do quick breakfasts and BBQ tea to save money on meals while away. Enough space for family with teenagers.

The budget cabins are awful. Dirty, only a two seater couch for a room that sleeps 5. The range-hood light didn’t work, the door guard was broken and closing the door was a nightmare, the cabins need painting and a full revamp if they are going to charge that a night. Won’t be back!

for years l be coming to Melbourne on business but somehow l rather stays there as it cheaper than most motels where they charge security money, and they don't, but only thing l hate is how can we get the airplanes to find another flight pass.to fly over Brian
