Tucked away quietly at the rear of this boutique development. Beautiful large open plan living space which flows onto a sun drenched north facing courtyard.
Secure carpark for one car. Local transport on your doorstep.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a powder room. Heating and cooling throughout. Free Wi-Fi and linen.
Secure and well off the street, you will love the calm, peaceful feel of this townhouse.
On the ground level we have the open plan living space with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, fully fenced courtyard (well behaved pet welcome) powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs to:
Bedroom one: Master with queen bed and ensuite
Bedroom two: Queen bed
Bedroom three: Two single beds
Family bathroom with bath.
There is a secure garage with one carpark. Free street parking at the front of the property.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
