Great house for multiple families

We had 3 different families staying at the house with plenty of space to accommodate everyone! House had everything we needed kitchen wise. Pool was great for the kiddos worth lots of pool toys available. Close to things to do around town.

Spacious, Over priced and in need of TLC

Each year my husband and I rent a pool house for a week for our children and grandchildren in Florida. There are 10 of us from 4 to 81. This year we chose to stay on the Space Coast. Let me begin by saying that we had a wonderful time in spite of the deficiencies and appearance of the house. I also want to commend Brian and Andrew for their quick response to my concerns. Let me start with the positives - if you want to cook any kind of meal for an army of people, then this kitchen is for you. It has every kind of pot and pan imaginable. The beds were comfortable if you like memory foam. The bedrooms were large and quiet - off to themselves on one side of the house. There are two living rooms. Good outdoor space. Now the negatives, we had a hard time gaining access to the house. The code worked but the door was stuck. The next thing we knew, there was my 9 year old grandson inside the house opening the door for us! Both pool screen doors were unlocked and the glass sliders from the pool area to the kitchen did not lock. This should be remedied immediately. The pool had not been cleaned before our arrival - Andrew did a mini clean and the pool guys came the next afternoon. They use limited chemicals which I liked but the pool is in desperate need of a power wash. No railings anywhere in the pool or hot tub. This made getting in and out extremely difficult for us old timers. This should be remedied. This house is run down and not worth the $$$ but we still had a great time

Great spot for Thanksgiving family reunion 2023

Stayed for 7 days in November 2023. The place was perfect for having a family Thanksgiving get together. My elderly parents appreciated having a side of the house to themselves where they can adjust the temperature. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The location was ideal for us with grocery and shopping nearby. We did drive a bit to visit the Kennedy Space Center but that was a one day event. Neighborhood was quiet and the hosts were responsive to the very few questions (i.e. operating the hot tub) I had. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Fantastic house

Property was more than enough for the 8 of us. Large kitchen, huge kitchen table, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were a big hit and the basketball hoop entertained the kids. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

12 of our family stayed at this beautiful property for our daughters wedding. It was perfect to host all of us and the huge kitchen made it easy for big family meals. Everything was clean and the beds and linens were super soft!! Our host was always available with great communication! The pool and spa were perfect after our long days!! Close to beaches, restaurants and local attractions!!

Great house for a large extended family

We had a great time at this property. The pool was large and our kids spent a lot of time swimming. There were chairs and umbrella for the beach and lots of beach towels. The property manager was very responsive to any message I sent. It would be great if the property could put in a second refrigerator since it sleeps so many. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return!

Beautiful big house!

The house was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 4 teens. Very true to the listing. Two family rooms let us spread out. The huge table let us all eat together. The pool was warm and large and the hot tub got hot!!! Lots of pool and sand toys available. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice and close to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend!!!

Communication with host was great. We had a large group,14 people, and were all very happy with the property. Plenty of room, and privacy. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Andy was great to work with. Would stay again, no question.

Our stay wasn’t without incident, to say the least however Andy the property manager was very friendly and efficiently took care of washing Mach issue, bathroom lights and toilet issue (that was our fault) just be careful sitting
the toilets rock a bit. Ceiling paint in one of the rooms needs to be peeled off and repainted. The landscaping looks like it hasn’t been done in years. This home has tons of space for little ones to roam and family to spread out for privacy and quiet time. The homeowner is lucky to have Andy as his property manager, he is much nicer to speak with than the owner!

Perfect place for a girls trip!!

We absolutely loved the house and especially enjoyed the pool! We had everything we needed and KC addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately - even taking time out of her day to drop off a cooler for us to use out by the pool! Our group of 10 had a great time staying at this property in Melbourne. It was 30 minutes to Cocoa Beach and 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, our two reasons for staying in this side of Florida. House was huge and we didn’t step on each other. We had ages 4-50 and everyone loved the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Pool.

99% Lovely stay

Pros: Spacious, clean, nice location. Not walkable to many things but short drive to restaurants, stores and the beach is about 15 minutes away. Nice park playground just a few blocks away. Lots of pool and beach toys provided. The hot tub was a nice luxury on the cooler days and evenings. Also, the shallow ledge was nice for smaller children. When we had some issues with the hot tub heating properly, a response and maintenance was there to help out almost immediately. Helpful extra children items such as portable cribs, highchair, and stroller. Cons: kitchen was lacking in a few basic convenience items such as pizza cutter, muffin pan, lidded travel cups and beach umbrella. Most of the property was very nice but clearly a few areas are still waiting to be updated. By the patio pool furniture, a low area held a puddle of water at all times. We would definitely recommend this property for large family gathering. Submit.

First time renting in Melbourne

The house has a great location to the airport and the stores for food. On a quite street, lots of parking. We are a group that travels each year to FL for golf. The five of us wanted to try golf courses this year in a different area, years past we stayed in Port St. Lucie. The house was great, had the pool and hot tub, plenty of room for dinner and breakfast. The two living rooms nice, but we never really spent much time watching TV.
