Staff (Natalie) was rude, unhelpful and not willing to help. Breakfast was poor and staff need training in this area. We booked for 4 people and only got breakfast for 3. How does this make senses?
A/C unit was dirty & not functioning properly; First day it was 17° & the unit would turn off when selecting heat function every time. The beds were too soft & pillows just weird. Missed room cleaning one day & still took over œhr to get done once contacted reception. Finally, homeless/vagrants frequent the Smokers Lounge & Carpark area. The only good thing was its close to everything.
Dirty rooms, felt like a prison block
Upgraded to a queen when we saw how bad the standard double was, this was better but overall a very poor stay
Tiny bathrooms, generally felt in enclosed in the hotel and aircon units in the rooms are incredible noisy
Centrally located in Melbourne and rooms were ok. Had a slight issue with shower as water was either hot or cold but other than that fo the money itâs worth it.
Location was excellent. Eveythng we wanted to do was accessible. Being able to store our luggage onsite prior to check-in on our first day /after checkout on our last day (until our train left) was a huge bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The rook was ok. But the floor was really squeaky. The taps in the shower were loose. The handle on the bathroom door was loose as well and only held on by 1 screw.
