The property features both upstairs and downstairs living areas, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. A wrap-around deck provides a fantastic outdoor setting, featuring a sheltered BBQ area with captivating views of the bay and the lush, adjacent hills.

Upstairs, the main living area opens to the wrap-around deck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQs while soaking in the scenic views. The space includes two well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with electric blankets for added warmth. The full kitchen is designed for ease and functionality, and the adjacent bathroom features a shower along with a separate toilet. The open-plan lounge and dining area are equipped with a TV and DVD player, creating a cozy environment for family gatherings.

Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, also featuring electric blankets for comfort. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a toilet, and a shower, providing practical amenities for your convenience. Undercover parking for two vehicles is available, ensuring secure and sheltered storage for your cars. Access between downstairs and upstairs is via an external staircase.

This property is smelly, unclean and has some serious issues.

I have many issues with this property. The smell The plumbing causing the whole house to vibrate when a tap was turned on The broken couch with the wobbly arm rests that had planks of wood under the cushions making them really uncomfortable to sit in. I was worried they would break under our weight. The advertised oven that is not present in the house The lighting being so poor you cant even read a book at night time Two of the bedrooms are accessed from outside the peoperty and were completely uninhabitable due to the smell The spiders The broken toilet seat And thats not even all of the problems. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. Anywhere else! I'm seeking a refund. The The

Not as good as it looks in the pictures

Property not as clean as their instructions indicate the expectations upon leaving the property. Downstairs sleeping area is’t suitable for guests at all. The single beds had quite a sink in the middle. We didn’t find a dishwasher and we had to clean the BBQ before we used it. Not suitable for extreme heat as there was no air conditioning Best part of the property was the balcony.

Worst house

This house has bad smell in lower floor and shouldn’t be on rent list Lower floor entry not levelled and a hazard. Family member tripped during our stay. This house needs to be inspected before being listed for others to book. - smell downstairs is unliveable - All the furniture is very old - All the taps in the house make noise when you use them Wasting my money on house shouldn’t be listed I’m asking for refund not worth the stay at this property at all

Decor set back in time, clean tidy and close to attractions

It is a clean place however old 70's Décor, the plus is that the home is away enough from the hustle of the beach but a close enough drive to get there. The bedrooms are not all on the one level, to get upstairs you have to come out and walk up the stairs, if you have kids and seeking 3 bedrooms you will have one down stairs which is not ideal. Plenty of parking on the property.

This was a great place to take the family on a beach holiday. Very retro but comfortable enough. Would be better if it had an oven. Other than that a nice affordable place to unwind and enjoy time with the family.

Good for low budget retro accomodation

We enjoyed our stay so close to the beach. If you like 1970's styled vintage you will love this property, every part of the house is vintage. There is plenty of space for a family of 6.
