Did not like that the bathroom had a see through door. More suitable for couples. We would much prefer more privacy. Room service would have been appreciated. We had to leave the room to collect the food which was not ideal. Coffee at breakfast was not flavourful. Coffee machine was temperamental. The coffee we bought from the hotel cafe was good. But we paid for breakfast and would have appreciated good coffee. We however, were happy that we were able to request for extra blankets and the hotel felt safe and location was great.

Great hotel with central location easy walk to cbd & Southbank attractions. Great hot & cold breakfast buffet & staff could not have been more helpful.
