Modern facilities, kind and helpful staff. Hotel is well positioned to Melbourne CBD and everything it has to offer. I'd suggest that walking would give the best experience, with every food available, and as much shopping as one could endure, just a short 10 minutes walk over the bridge.

Great location. Very clean. Quite hotel however we checked in Saturday 24/2/24 (1345) unfortunate there was sick leave on reception we waited 30 mins to check in, there was no movement in the massive line so we went for late lunch. On return we waited another 40 minutes to check on. Not the girls on receptions fault she was amazing. Should be rewarded for her polite, amazing attitude. Frustration when you have plans and run late because you can not check in. .
