Fantastic hotel will becoming my new go-to for melbourne stays. Brand new and really lovely fit out. The rooms were properly dark (which I know is important to some) and spacious for the price point. Best hotel I've stayed at in Melbourne by a long way. As other reviewers noted, the breakfast buffet was great and definitely worth including in your stay. The only thing I would warn about is that the noise from the corridors was particularly noticeable, the doors to the rooms weren't soft close so there was a lot of slamming when other guests came to their rooms + kids running in the corridors. The latter is obviously not in control of the hotel but was a bit frustrating.

What a great place to stay in the heart of Melbourne. Lovely, cleverly designed room with relaxing lighting options, comfortable beds and pillows , soft sheets and towels, great shower and block out drapes. It was peaceful and quiet. We didn’t try the in house dining options this visit. I will definitely stay here again. Could not fault it.

Good location in heart of city centre, friendly and service oriented staff, soft and firm pillows to choose from. Only missed a rack for the suitcase, which is a minor detail.

This is a new hotel and has been set out very well. There are a lot of power points that are easily accessible. Great lighting with good controls. Air conditioning was easy to use and responsive. Very central location and great service from the staff.

From making a booking all the way to checkout, we had a great experience. Parking was easy to organise and only a short walk from this brand new hotel. The location is right in the middle of the city with lots of shopping and food options only a short stroll away. The staff were always very friendly and professional, and even treated us to a late checkout the next day. Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable, and I love that we each had an option to choose from either a soft or hard pillow (both types were provided to all of us). The buffet breakfast the next day was delicious and offered a nice variety of food. And even better was that both our kids ate free so our package included bed and breakfast for all 4 of us! A great rate at a fantastic hotel. We’ll definitely be back.
