Perfect location for CBD shopping! Just a few metres to the Bourke St Mall, but very quiet. The staff were lovely. There was a small problem with one of rooms, it was sorted out quickly with no fuss. The rooms are very nice, clean and super comfortable- I loved that they had two types of pillows on the bed to choose from. I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel has been beautifully renovated and my room was clean and exceptionally comfortable to stay in. I was so impressed by all of the thoughtful details that went into the design of my room and the hotel overall. The staff were also lovely and kind, and the hotel was very conveniently located. I will 1000% be returning to this hotel the next time I'm in Melbourne!

I reached around noon time, staff was very nice to let me check in early and even upgrade my room. The room was comfortable and spacious with city view. I had a good rest and a nice breakfast before heading to airport.

Newly renovated, even had the plastic striping on the tv from the packaging! Everything feels fresh and new, including bed linen, towels etc. The location is great as it is around the corner from Bourke Street mall, but the rooms are very quiet, you can hardly hear any outside noise. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again so highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel will becoming my new go-to for melbourne stays. Brand new and really lovely fit out. The rooms were properly dark (which I know is important to some) and spacious for the price point. Best hotel I've stayed at in Melbourne by a long way. As other reviewers noted, the breakfast buffet was great and definitely worth including in your stay. The only thing I would warn about is that the noise from the corridors was particularly noticeable, the doors to the rooms weren't soft close so there was a lot of slamming when other guests came to their rooms + kids running in the corridors. The latter is obviously not in control of the hotel but was a bit frustrating.
