The 1 bedroom apartment is huge with high ceilings and 2 balconies. It is basically 2 full normal hotel rooms in size. The kitchen is basic, but has all you need. There is no washing machine & dryer in the apartment - which is surprising. Overall, the property is a little "tired" and in an older style. But, it is clean, safe, spacious & in a nice quiet area - with loads of free parking. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Excellent value. Spacious room, relatively quiet and very convenient for our purposes. Regarding room cleanliness, this could be improved. I felt that countertops, doors, door handles, light switches need to be thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant. As is often the case with hotels and serviced apartments, the level of attention to these areas can always be better. One garbage bin was total missed during the one cleaning service we had during our stay. (And it was full) Grateful for the swimming pool However, regarding hand-held shower device in women's restroom at the pool, it was loose and I was unable to fix it. I had to return to my room to shower after my swim. I would return to this property.

I chose Kimberly Gardens primarily for its location. I needed to go back/forth to close by area of Caulfield. This was my 2nd stay within 2 weeks. The property is what I consider a limited hotel (no room service no restaurant but it met my needs. Staff were always helpful!

Clean and comfortable, stayed in many a worse bed at much higher prices over the years. Quiet. No mini bar and drinks and snacks are only available when reception is open.
