Solid 3.5 star with some significant drawbacks. Plumbing and loud internal sounds takes away from any positives. If you stay more than 2 nights even if requesting not to they will still tidy the room without cleaning it. Internal noise is a significant drawback if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was great except for the dirty cup that wasnt cleaned or replaced but when we got back from our outing they had replaced the dirty cup after we had let them know previously, apart from that everything else was clean. Staff were lovely and very friendly. We will give them another go if we stay in Pakenham again.
