The location of this property was convenient for accessing public transport around Melbourne. The main bedroom in the 1 bedroom apartment was great. The sofa bed however was really bad quality. It sagged dramatically in the middle and in the end we decided it would be more comfortable to sleep on the sofa in couch mode rather than bed mode. The mattress had large suspicious stains on it and so did the blanket provided. However, it was fine for a short stay and the bathroom was fine. Nothing fancy but it did the job. The s staff we the real stand out of the stay though. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and ready and willing to help in any way possible - they deserve an honourable mention!

The room was great, super clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette well equipped. I could however not find the usual document in the room that provides information about dining options, how to use the tv (seemed that someone else was signed in to the tv, and I was not able to sign them out) etc. The noise from outside was quite loud even though I was on the 8th floor. Overall, still a good rating and the above will not prevent me from staying here again.
