Had a great stay but the attitude of the staff at front desk was really disappointing. I also asked for an extra bed in a large king room for my nephew who wanted to stay and was told there wasn’t enough room when the room was the small size of a one bed apartment! They said it was for fire safety but you could fit a rollout bed easily. When I booked the samphire restaurant, the front desk was very unfriendly. In saying that, meal was great and facilities were great. Just attitudes need to change

The go-to resort on the peninsula but…

Have stayed here on numerous occasions over the past few years, our second in 6 months, but I think for those who do stay a number of nights, the resort really needs to look at their choice of meals at Samphire. Despite a few specials available , if you choose to dine at samphire every night, you’ll notice the same handful of meal options available. I’m not sure how often the menu updates but perhaps a rotating choice of meals could be made available especially for consecutive nights at the resort. Otherwise a great place to unwind and will still be visiting in the near future

The staff were not accommodating at all. Basic things like a porter and trolley to move the luggage to rooms as well as no room cleaning services until you call and request for it and still the cleaning wasn't done until 4-5 pm. The staff at check in and reception were really rude
