Perfect for families looking for a coastal getaway with stylish, new furnishings and a large yard, the home is just a 4 minute walk to the stunning foreshore and a short stroll to Safety Beach Country Club for those who enjoy a round of golf. With neutral tones complemented by splashes of vibrant blues, the inviting retreat includes 2 separate living zones with smart TVs, DVD players and comfortable sofas, bi-fold doors opening to a covered alfresco area with a gas barbecue and 10-seater outdoor table and a heated swimming pool behind glass balustrading with a sheet fountain that is spectacularly lit in the evenings.

The fully-appointed kitchen contains a 900mm gas cooker/electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-pod machine and a servery window for indoor/outdoor entertaining with an adjoining 10-seater dining table.

Complete with 3 bathrooms including a master ensuite with spa bath, laundry facilities plus a wood-burning fireplace and split-system air-conditioning, the configuration comprises 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a kids bedroom with 2 bunk beds, each named after a Greek Island.

Lovely house, nice vibe, great location

Stayed for girls weekend and had a great time. The house had everything to not want to leave but Mornington Pen has so many great things to do. Beds could be a higher quality but otherwise amazing.

Just so nice.

We stayed 8 nights at the lovely Santorini Beach House. Spacious, light filled, beautifully decorated with everything supplied for a great holiday. Because we had both girls and guys, the boys needing to watching the cricket was never a problem with 2 TVs upstairs and downstairs. A very safe yard was so appreciated for our dog, big bbq, great outdoor and indoor dining. The location is 2 minutes to the beach and central to so many peninsula locations. We had the best family Christmas and catch up. Thanks so much. We hope to come again.

Family Holiday

We had 10 people stay in the house, the house was stocked with everything you could need. The back yard was great for the kids and a nice walking distance from the beach
